Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our team at Maarut Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for promoting OPS I&IT standards and best practices for project management, facilitating control of system quality, and adhering to standard methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote OPS I&IT standards and best practices for project management to facilitate control of system quality and adherence to standard methodology.
  • Work in partnership with clients to advise them on information technology to meet their business objectives or overcome problems.
  • Provide strategic guidance to organizations about Information Management & IT technology, IT infrastructures, and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance.
  • Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.

Deliverables

  • Assessing as-is processes defining to-be processes.
  • Developing a change management plan.
  • Conducting user training and creating user guides and documentation.
  • Building EPPM custom BI Dashboard reports.

Requirements

Experience and Skillset Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in developing data visualizations and automated custom reports/dashboards.
  • At least 5 years of Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM)/Planview experience.
  • At least 10 years of IT experience with change management.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with clients in the administration of Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM)/Planview Enterprise and providing end-user support.
  • Experienced with providing end-user training on the features and functions of various Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM)/Planview modules customized to the user group Project Manager Reporting Manager Staff.
  • Analyzes I&IT requirements giving independent and objective advice on the use of I&IT.
  • Familiar with change management principles and methodology.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing projects and reporting solutions.
  • The I&IT Consultant may be used to provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to Information Management & IT technology, IT infrastructures, and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance.
  • Acts as the technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable.
  • Provide the quality assurance/quality control of specific deliverables.
  • Anticipates and resolves problems to ensure that the deliverables are completed within budget to the highest quality meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Develops processes and procedures for implementing deliverables.
  • Prepares reports and presentations including options, recommendations, implementation plans, etc.

Must-haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience in developing data visualizations and automated custom reports/dashboards.
