We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at 1431238 B.C. Ltds. As a Greenhouse Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants.
- Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and light levels to ensure optimal growing conditions.
- Perform tasks such as seed cutting, grafting, and pruning to promote healthy plant growth.
- Assist in harvesting and packaging crops for distribution.
- Report any issues or concerns with plant health or crop quality to management.
- Experience working in a greenhouse or agricultural setting.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
