Job Title: Greenhouse Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at 1431238 B.C. Ltds. As a Greenhouse Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and light levels to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Water and fertilize plants as needed to ensure optimal growth and productivity.
  • Prune and train plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields.
  • Monitor for pests and diseases and take action to prevent their spread.
  • Assist in harvesting and packaging crops for distribution.
  • Perform other tasks as required to maintain the health and productivity of the greenhouse crops.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a greenhouse or agricultural setting.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of greenhouse operations and crop management.
