Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Secretary to join our team at Beauty Collection Inc. As a Sales Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events;
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments;
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages;
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information;
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies;
  • Arrange travel and make reservations;
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas;
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems;
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Reliability and flexibility;
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
