About the Role

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of production to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality steel blanks. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and profitability, aligning the plant's objectives with the company's overall business strategy. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, as well as monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Align the plant's objectives with the company's overall business strategy
  • Oversee all aspects of production to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality steel blanks
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and improve KPIs related to production, quality, cost, and delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a manufacturing plant, preferably in the steel or metal industry
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management
