Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. As a strategic leader, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our facility, aligning our objectives with the company's overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the facility.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of production to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality steel blanks.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the management team to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the plant's budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a manufacturing plant, preferably in the steel or metal industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
