About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Lake Country Radio Cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
