Job Title: Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at Slave Lake Inn and Conference Centre LTD.

Job Summary:

The Kitchen Helper will assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Assist with food storage and inventory management
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking food and supply deliveries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen staff
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Reliability and punctuality
Working Conditions:

The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic kitchen setting.
