Food Service Manager

AAA FOODS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on food service operations and customer feedback.
