Food Service Manager

Green Bean Development Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, training, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
