We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at GOLDEN CINNAAMON INDIAN CUISINE. Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols;
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare and present high-quality dishes;
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations;
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
  • Contribute to menu development and implementation, ensuring that dishes are innovative, appealing, and profitable;
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and waste management;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an executive chef or similar role;
  • Proven track record of leadership, innovation, and success in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software and point-of-sale systems;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
