About the Role
We're seeking a career-minded individual who is passionate about insurance and committed to delivering outstanding client service. As an Insurance Advisor, Auto, you'll be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you
- Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize your workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- Insurance broker level 1 license
- 1 year of MPI experience
