Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identifying their needs and providing recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles.
  • Share your expertise and knowledge as you coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Manage more complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential.

Requirements

  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you.
  • Master time manager, able to prioritize your workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion.
  • At least two to three years of industry experience.
  • Insurance broker level 2 license or currently working towards level 2 and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided). Open to candidates who are level 1 but have more than 5 years experiences in PL and plan to obtain level 2 in the immediate future.
