About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our team at I-WAY TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • English language
  • 42 hours per week
