Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by creating and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Lead a culture focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Business Planning: Partner with the Buying and Merchandising team to ensure that product assortment is aligned with market needs and sales goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and measure store performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations for improvement to corporate leaders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of retail sales management experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end luxury accessories boutique.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and corporate partners.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
