Restaurant Manager

Sushi Royal Tokyo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of food and beverage servers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Train and supervise food and beverage servers to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage servers
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
