Job Title: Sales and Distribution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at 1359238 Ontario INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales strategies are in place.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure the team is equipped to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
