Job Title: Sales and Distribution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at 1359238 Ontario INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and distribution
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Accurate and efficient in all tasks
  • Client-focused and team-oriented
