Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive HR support to our employees and managers. This includes:

  • Responding to employee inquiries and concerns
  • Investigating and resolving employee complaints and issues
  • Providing guidance to managers on handling employee relations matters
  • Preparing and administering disciplinary actions
  • Managing employee leave and benefits administration

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience as an HR representative/generalist with a large company or supporting a line Business Unit in a complex fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including ability to perform HRIS queries, generate reports, perform web-based research, and create case management files in HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels
  • Demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and an enthusiasm about working with constantly changing priorities
