Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Support
    • Provide administrative and office support services to our Wealth Consultants and Senior Investment Advisors.
    • Assist in creating sales opportunities and supporting new and existing relationships with clients.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Contribute to business development activities, including identifying new opportunities within the existing client base.
    • Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans.
  • Investment and Financial Planning
    • Assist in developing investment and financial plans for clients.
    • Help identify and execute opportunities among existing client base for asset consolidation, referrals, etc.
  • Communication and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure all client interactions are accurately documented and compliant with regulatory policies.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry rulings and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Relevant industry experience and post-secondary education in business, accounting, or finance.
    • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) certifications.
    • Wealth Management Essentials (WME) certification.
    • Must complete Registered Representative Training (RRT) and registered with IIROC within 12-18 months if not currently registered.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Growth-oriented with ability to take initiative and work independently.
