Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Suite Attendant to provide exceptional service and hospitality to our guests in our executive and hospitality suites. As a key member of our event staff team, you will be responsible for delivering a superior level of service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium food and beverage service to guests in our executive and hospitality suites, including taking and delivering food orders and communicating a thorough knowledge of menu items, food presentation, and beverage selection.
  • Build strong relationships with returning guests and Suite owners in a high-touch environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively as a member of a larger team across the organization, continuously interacting in a positive and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as required, including safely lifting up to 35 lbs. and standing during scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm
  • Must have at least two years of serving experience in a fine dining environment
  • Must have a Serving it Right certificate
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
  • Must have strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
  • Must be able to maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Must be a solutions provider, committed to continuous improvement ideas and initiatives
  • Must display a neat, tidy, and professional presentation to meet a high level of appearance and service standards
