**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team of developers and data scientists at Moving2Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling third-party integrations and developing enhanced functionality for our suite of productivity tools.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop scalable cloud-based applications using cloud-hosted platforms
  • Work with APIs and Microservices to integrate third-party services
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code using Java, Python, Node, or similar programming languages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement new product features
  • Contribute to the development of scalable products and have a good understanding of containers and clusters
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

**Requirements**

  • Experience working with cloud-hosted applications and SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of APIs and Microservices
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Node, or similar programming languages
  • Experience with containerization and clustering
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
