Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to lead our team in providing comprehensive care to clients in the community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for working with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement client-centered care plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and compassion within our team.
Requirements
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in community care or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of current evidence-based practices in nursing and community care.
  • Ability to travel and work independently, with occasional overtime as required.
