We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and packing of online grocery delivery orders, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and attention to detail to achieve "On Time" delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with precision, ensuring accurate quantities, correct product codes, and distinguishing between similar named products.
- Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
- Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
- Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
