Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bang'in Burger & Wings. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring they meet work schedules and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide on-the-job training tailored to their needs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
