Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Argyle Pharmacy. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Assign Sales Workers to DutiesAssign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the right person is in the right place at the right time.
Authorize Payments and ReturnsAuthorize payments by cheque and returns of merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and that our business is running smoothly.
Resolve Issues and ComplaintsResolve issues and complaints that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Organize and Maintain InventoryOrganize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and that our customers have access to the products they need.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees- Participate in Community Programs
Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
Support for Youths- Participate in Youth Employment Programs
Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
Support for Veterans- Participate in Veterans Support Programs
Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
Support for Indigenous People- Participate in Indigenous Support Programs
Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
Support for Visible Minorities- Participate in Visible Minority Support Programs
Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
