Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse group of sales associates, including apprentices and interns.
- Task Delegation: Assign specific duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Financial Authorization: Approve payments and manage merchandise returns to ensure smooth operations.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges effectively.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Activity Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
