Nursing Education Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist Instructor to join our team in Borden and Barrie, ON.
Responsibilities- Instruct Clinical Specialty Training and Education Programs
- Develop engaging lesson plans
- Prepare classrooms, equipment, job aids, and learning tools for instruction
- Set up and break down training requirements
- Counsel and provide remedial training to students with academic difficulties
- Evaluate student performance
- Advise on student progress
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Canadian University or College in Nursing or a related field
- At least 60 training days in instructing military health services within the last three years
- Valid professional license in good standing with the governing body for Nursing Officers
- One year experience operating training simulators in Aerospace Medicine, Hyperbaric Medicine, General Medical Simulation, or General Military Simulation
- Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
- Bilingualism in both Official languages is preferred
- Able to work onsite as public transportation may not always be available
- Must be a Canadian Citizen
- Must obtain Government Security Clearance at the Secret level
