About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at RBC Investor Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital learning programs to enhance digital proficiency among employees, users, and clients.
  • Conduct customized training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to support digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to align adoption goals with business objectives.
  • Develop and support change management strategies to recognize client impacts and deliver programs successfully.
  • Address resistance and feedback to obtain support for change initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of RBC IS products, systems, and processes as it relates to our client base.
  • Use data-driven insights to support strategies and drive adoption.
  • Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the RBC IS team.
  • Measure the impact of digital adoption on employee satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Change Management).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience supporting change management and product development.
  • Familiarity with digital training tools (i.e. Camtasia, Powerpoint, Word, Snagit).
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to problems.
  • Financial industry or Custody-specific experience is an asset.
