About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Data Engineering team at Jobber. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the vision and development of our centralized data warehouse, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of scalable data systems that connect our data sources to critical business tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project outcomes, development, and maintenance of clear roadmaps
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders and Engineering Managers
  • Take on the responsibilities of a Scrum Team Product Owner for our in-house engineering teams
  • Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas
  • Be responsible for cross-functional program management, including project planning and execution, proactive transparency to stakeholders, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of their scope
Requirements
  • Career experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role
  • A track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions that have successfully delivered value
  • Strong technical background that enables you to engage with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact backend systems
  • Ability to effectively tailor messaging to the right audience, from executive-level through to direct teams
