Job Overview

Synopsys is seeking a talented Senior Analog Design Engineer to join its R&D team in mixed-signal design, implementation, firmware, and verification. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more areas: ATPG/DFT, Static Timing Analysis, Synthesis, Lint/CDC, and Place and Route.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex analog circuits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the development of high-quality products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing analog IP blocks
  • Collaborating with digital design engineers to ensure seamless integration
  • Developing and maintaining design guidelines and standards
  • Conducting thorough design reviews and providing feedback
  • Ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting quality targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analog design, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Expertise in one or more areas: ATPG/DFT, Static Timing Analysis, Synthesis, Lint/CDC, and Place and Route
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
