Responsibilities
- Patient Greeting and Coordination: Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Scheduling Optimization: Effectively manage appointment schedules to minimize gaps and maximize efficiency.
- Patient Data Management: Accurately maintain patient databases and recall systems.
- Communication and Referrals: Process patient correspondence and referrals promptly and professionally.
About You
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience required.
- Skills and Qualifications: Clinical background and proficiency in Dentrix dental software are essential.
Location
This is a full-time position working in-person at our location in London, Ontario.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
