Savers / Value Village is a purpose-driven company championing reuse and inspiring a future where second-hand is second nature.


We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Title: Talent Development Leader

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

As a Talent Development Leader at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in developing and empowering our team members to achieve business results in our stores. You will make important decisions that impact the success of your store every day and continuously develop and empower your Team Members.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in talent development or a related field
* Proven track record of improving team member engagement and productivity
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
