We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Paul's Group Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities- Identify and prioritize staffing requirements across various departments
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Assess candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Negotiate employment offers and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment solutions
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This is a full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
