As a Business Development Partner for Executive Interim Management, you will play a key role in growing our national practice.
You will leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver high-quality services that meet their needs.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Director of Business Development.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- BTC Business Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues across the organization to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Executive Search or Executive Interim Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in executive search or executive interim management, preferably in a similar role.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, with a focus on executive search and executive interim management.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
