Drive Marketing Excellence at Socotra, Inc.

Socotra, Inc. is seeking a seasoned marketing analytics leader to drive a data-driven strategy that connects insights to measurement and impact. As the Head of Marketing Sciences, you will play a critical role in understanding customers at the deepest level, enabling us to provide the highest quality experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help define and develop segments of our customers to deliver growth
  • Assist in best-practices for data collection and accessibility to inform marketing decisions
  • Define the scope and framework for brand measurement, including econometric modeling and brand valuation
  • Attract and retain brand analytics talent to support measurement and optimization of brand spend
  • Supervise and guide statistical techniques and novel experiment design to measure the impact of brand investments
  • Work cross-functionally with data science and analytics teams to ensure best practices and knowledge share
  • Possess functional knowledge of SQL or HIVE
  • Understand all stages of customer acquisition and define the impact of brand spend within this funnel
  • Drive the execution of campaign performance reports to provide key learnings and feedback
  • Partner with external vendors and internal channel managers to design proper analytics frameworks
  • Provide technical guidance on models and analyses
  • Structure and present analyses to executives and other key stakeholders
  • Serve as a champion of sound decision-making for the marketing team

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays, and a team-specific third day.
