Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions R-LABS as the go-to venture-builder in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives brand awareness.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, events, and content marketing.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with entrepreneurs, innovators, and industry partners to support venture-building initiatives and drive community engagement.
  • Brand Management: Manage public relations, coordinate key messaging, and enhance our online presence through effective website optimization.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing events, such as launches, conferences, and promotional activities, to elevate our brand and generate leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Marketing Thought Leadership: Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and recognition.
  • Results-Oriented: A results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to do whatever it takes to build a successful brand and company.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience in website management and optimization, designing and implementing marketing programs, and planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to influence outcomes and drive action.
  • Adaptability: Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, where challenges and opportunities evolve rapidly.
