About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Engineer to drive the timing business in industrial and mass market segments in the EU region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve product planning and manufacturing operations, and create technical literature to position Renesas as a market leader in timing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth for the industrial mass market segments in the EU region by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to exceed customer expectations on NPI volume ramps.
  • Create technical literature, such as articles, blogs, and other promotional materials, to position Renesas as a market leader in timing solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training and enablement materials to the field, including sales, FAEs, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • High level of business acumen and excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the timing business and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
