Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Engineer to drive business growth in the industrial and mass market segments in the EU region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to support the application needs of our customers and driving the roadmap of our next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in the industrial and mass market segments in the EU region, targeting faster growth than the market.
  • Grow Customer Opportunities: Build and manage a pipeline of customer opportunities, with a focus on driving majority of pending opportunities to successful DIN.
  • Drive Planning and Manufacturing Ops: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations on NPI volume ramps.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, resolving system issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Timing Subject Matter Expert: Become the go-to expert on timing solutions, driving business development and product adoption.
  • Technical Content Creation: Develop technical literature, such as articles and blogs, to position Renesas as a market leader in timing solutions.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide ongoing training and enablement materials to the field, sales, and distribution channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Electrical engineering or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of analog products and business development principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing, presentation, and customer interaction skills.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong sense of discipline, motivation, and accountability.
  • Eligibility: Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Travel: Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
