Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at CANCO. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign sales tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Authorize payments and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
