Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at CANCO. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to make informed decisions about merchandise placement and promotions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
