Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Post Consumer Brands. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to routine breakdowns and repair issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
  • Perform quality routine machine and plant maintenance to achieve high factory reliability.
  • Optimize production machine performance through effective and consistent setting.
  • Participate in engineering-focused activities to support manufacturing plant and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to meet engineering standards across the group.
  • Deliver maintenance KPIs to ensure visibility of maintenance performance and required improvement for the site.

Requirements
  • A mechanical background with a drive to further develop and learn.

  • A background involving maintenance of a busy production line or maintenance involving both mechanical and electrical machinery.
