Corteva Agriscience is an industry leader in agriculture, and we're seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Lethbridge, AB site.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and control devices.
  • Performing scheduled equipment inspections, reviewing maintenance records, and making recommendations for improved safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance supervisor, coordinator, and specialist on work queues, work orders, and projects.
  • Assisting with organizational planning, seasonal prep work, and supporting production team members as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and Alberta Millwright Journeyman certificate or Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright Journeyman certificate.
  • Industrial millwright maintenance work experience, with knowledge and experience troubleshooting mechanical issues related to motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.
  • Valid Class '5' driver's license and ability to obtain a driver's abstract.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This position requires working on-site 5 days a week, with rotating day and evening shifts, overtime, and weekend coverage required during seasonal peaks. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position, and VISA sponsorship is not available.
