Data Warehouse Business Systems Analyst with Insurance Domain Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in data warehousing and insurance domain experience to join our team at CAA Club Group.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with decision makers, systems owners, and business users to define business and operations requirements, identify and resolve systems issues, and lead design sessions for new systems.
- Review and analyze existing systems, develop strategies for improvement, and ensure proposed and existing systems architectures align with organizational goals.
- Meet with business users to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, and create systems models, business requirement specifications, and diagrams.
- Participate in cost-benefit and return on investment analyses, and provide orientation and training to business users on modified and new systems.
- Coordinate definition of test cases for Quality Assurance and UAT, and ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
- College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, or management information systems.
- 5+ years of work experience in the Insurance industry and 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- Guidewire experience is an asset, and knowledge of data modeling techniques, database design, and concepts is mandatory.
- Working technical knowledge of SQL programming languages, including relational databases and ETL processes, and experience with business intelligence tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
