Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management, loan applications, and investment advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
About You:
  • You have a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are a team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • You are proficient in technology, with experience using banking software and systems.
