Job Title: Banking Advisor

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations, while also providing advice and solutions for their personal and business banking needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including transaction, investment, and personal financing services.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refer clients to specialist services and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Banking Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Mutual fund representative (MFR) licence (must be obtained within three months of hiring).
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
