Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at BRAMCITY LOGISTIC INC. as part of our efforts to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
Key Responsibilities- Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping, to support business development initiatives.
- Recruit and hire staff, focusing on attracting top talent with the necessary skills and experience to drive business growth.
- Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
- Provide consulting services to government and other organizations, leveraging expertise in business development and investment promotion.
- Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends, informing business strategy and investment decisions.
- Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral, to promote business development initiatives.
- Evaluate customer service and store environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide consultation on planning and starting of new businesses, offering expert advice and guidance to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia, showcasing expertise and thought leadership in business development and investment promotion.
- Work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of business development work.
- Large workload, requiring effective time management and organizational skills to meet business objectives.
- Recognized employer, with a strong reputation for business development and investment promotion.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development, investment promotion, or a related field.
- Permanent employment, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
