Transforming Healthcare with Innovative Ultrasound Solutions
We are on a mission to make medical imaging accessible everywhere, improving patient care and reducing healthcare costs. Clarius Mobile Health is leading this charge by delivering high-performance, affordable, and easy-to-use solutions powered by artificial intelligence and connected to the cloud.
Your Role in Our Journey
As a Clinical Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving sales success by personalizing your approach to meet the unique needs of each healthcare professional. You will provide focused, specialty-specific product demonstrations that achieve a high close rate, helping to drive global sales.
You will also personalize clinical in-services and Zoom training sessions to facilitate the successful deployment of Clarius scanners. Effectively demonstrating Clarius specialty scanners at virtual and in-person events, workshops, and tradeshows will be crucial to your role.
A key aspect of your job will be acting as the key clinical contact for customers, addressing technical and clinical questions, and serving as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
Gathering insights from customers and providing feedback to marketing and engineering teams to support product enhancement and development will also be an important part of your responsibilities.
Assisting with the creation of clinical marketing materials, image acquisition, and providing technical support, education, and training to both internal and external stakeholders will require strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- An associate's degree or higher in a relevant field is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- RDMS or Sonography Canada Certification is required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical POCUS experience following sonography certification.
- Experience supporting and performing remote, commercial ultrasound training is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound and basic scanning skills; adult cardiac and RVT are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $93,500, which is competitive considering the location in Western Canada and the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge company like Clarius Mobile Health.
We offer flexible hours, allowing you to complete projects and then enjoy a better work-life balance. Our comprehensive benefits package is available from day one, including access to paid volunteer days during working hours.
A Professional Development Program is also in place, offering financial support for programs, seminars, conferences, and courses to help you grow and develop your skills.
