Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Power Systems Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the Power Systems Engineering product roadmap, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Power Systems Engineering product roadmap, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Power Systems Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Systems Engineering products with other company offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior engineering management role, with a strong background in Power Systems Engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Power Systems Engineering, including AC and DC Power Systems design and applicable codes and standards.
  • Experience with simulation and modeling techniques and tooling, including MBD, Parametric Design, HIL, MIL, and SIL.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in telecommunications and/or outdoor enclosure design and manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in AC and DC Power Systems for telecommunications or wireless applications, and in UL/CSA and Bellcore Standards (CSA, NEMA, NEBS, GR-487).
  • Understanding of thermodynamics, electronics closures and packaging, sheet-metal processes, machining, plastic molding, and HVAC systems.
  • Experience in Product Development stage-gate processes.
