Key Responsibilities- Lead the Power Systems Engineering team in the development of new products and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Systems products
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Practices for Power Systems engineering processes
- Monitor and schedule team workload to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide mentoring and leadership to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Resolve technical, procedural, and personnel issues in a timely and effective manner
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a supervisory or project management role, with a minimum of 5 years in a Power Systems engineering role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience with simulation and modeling techniques, including MBD, Parametric Design, HIL, MIL, and SIL
- Detailed knowledge of AC and DC Power Systems design and applicable codes and standards
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in telecommunications and/or outdoor enclosure design and manufacturing industries
- Experience in AC and DC Power Systems for telecommunications or wireless applications, and in UL/CSA and Bellcore Standards
- Understanding of thermodynamics, electronics closures and packaging, sheet-metal processes, machining, plastic molding, and HVAC systems
